Bookmarking and Adding Google Form Shortcut to Home Screen on Phones

To Bookmark and add a Google Form shortcut to your Home screen on your phone, follow the steps below.

Apple Devices

1.      Tap the link to the Google Form you would like to bookmark and add to your phone's home screen > select Default browser app.

      

2.      Tap on the Share icon.

      

3.      Tap Add to Bookmarks.

      

4.      If you would like to add a shortcut to your Home Screen, tap More > Add to Home Screen.

      

      

5.      Enter the name you want shown for the form on your Home Screen > Add.

      

6.       The shortcut to the form on your home screen should look like this.

      

Samsung Devices

1.      Tap the link to the Google Form you would like to bookmark and add to your phone's home screen > in Open with, tap Chrome.

      

2.      Tap the 3 dots in the top right.

      

3.      Tap the star icon to Bookmark the page.

      

4.      To add to your Home screen, Tap Add to Home screen.

      

5.      Enter the name you would like to show on the Home screen shortcut then tap Add.

      

6.      Tap Add to add the icon to your Home screen.

      

7.      The shortcut to the form should look like this.
