How to Access SMDSI Support Portal

This Article will show you how to access SMDSI's support portal. The support portal allows you to access our Knowledge Base center with useful guides for applications we use in the company.

1.      To access the portal, go to https://support.smdsi.com/portal/.
      

2.      On the Sign-in page, click the Google icon under 'Sign In using'. This will allow you to sign in with your Google account.
      

3.      On the 'Sign in with Google' page, select your SMDSI Google account. If your account does not show up, click 'Use another account' and enter your account credentials.
